How fast is the sync?
Usually within a few seconds in both directions. A daily catch-up also re-checks deals changed in the last day, in case a notification was lost.
What happens if the same deal is changed in both places at once?
The most recent change wins. The app compares values with the last state both sides agreed on, so it only writes what actually changed and never loops.
Why was a value skipped?
monday and Pipedrive must be able to express the value. Owners are matched by email address, stages by name within the deal’s pipeline, and options by label. If there is no match, the value is skipped and listed under Recent activity.
Does deleting an item delete the deal?
No. Deleting or archiving an item never deletes anything in Pipedrive. Deleting a deal only archives the item if you turned that option on.
Can several boards sync with the same Pipedrive account?
Yes. Each board has its own pipelines and mapping. A deal can appear on more than one board if their pipeline filters overlap.
Which Pipedrive user should connect?
An admin. The sync sees exactly the deals the connecting user can see.
How do I stop syncing?
Click Stop syncing this board in the view. To disconnect Pipedrive for the whole account, an account admin clicks Disconnect Pipedrive. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
How reliable is the AI handoff summary?
It only uses the deal’s fields and notes, every line must cite the note it is based on, and the app drops any line whose names, numbers or dates are not in that note. Deals with too few notes are skipped. It can still miss something or phrase it too briefly, so treat it as a starting point and check important details in Pipedrive. The feature is off unless you turn it on for a board.
Who pays for the AI summaries?
You do, directly to Anthropic: the summary runs on your own Anthropic API key, so there is no markup and you can set a spend limit in the Anthropic console. Each deal is summarized once, when it is won, and the view shows how many summaries were written this month.
Is my data stored?
Only what the sync needs: connection tokens (encrypted), your settings, and for each linked deal the item ID and the last synced values of the mapped fields. See the privacy policy.
