Terms of service: Kayabyte apps for Wix

These terms apply to the Wix apps provided by Kayabyte, the trading name of Caner Kaya, Stasjonsveien 64, 0771 Oslo, Norway (we, us).

Use of the apps

By installing an app you agree to these terms. You may use the apps on Wix sites you own or are authorized to manage.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix through the Wix App Market, under Wix’s terms. Plans, prices and trials are shown on each app’s listing.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the apps, as described in the privacy policy.

Contacting you

We contact you only to answer your support requests and to inform you about important changes to an app, such as changes to these terms. We do not send marketing messages.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the apps available and to answer support requests within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time. The apps depend on Wix; Wix outages or platform changes can affect them.

Warranty and liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using an app at any time by removing it from your site. We may suspend an app for sites that misuse it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
