Terms of service: Kayabyte add-ons for Google Workspace

These terms apply to the Google Workspace add-ons provided by Kayabyte, the trading name of Caner Kaya, Stasjonsveien 64, 0771 Oslo, Norway (we, us).

Use of the add-ons

By installing an add-on you agree to these terms. You may use the add-ons with Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage. If an administrator installs an add-on for an organisation, the organisation accepts these terms.

Plans and payment

Each add-on has a free tier. Paid plans are sold by Kayabyte per user or per domain, monthly or yearly, with payment processed by Stripe. Prices and trials are shown in the add-on and at checkout, and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt and keep access until the end of the paid period. If an add-on does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Google does not process payments for the add-ons and is not responsible for billing.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the add-ons, as described in the privacy policy.

Calendar add-ons

Kayabyte Calendar Sync & Timesheets creates, changes and deletes events in the Google calendars you choose, following the rows of your spreadsheet. You are responsible for the content of your spreadsheet and for the events and guest invitations it produces, and for having permission to change the calendars you sync to. The add-on only changes or deletes events that it created from the same spreadsheet. Timesheets are calculated from your calendar events and are an aid, not a certified time record; check them before you bill or report from them.

Contacting you

We contact you only to answer your support requests and to inform you about important changes to an add-on, such as changes to these terms. We do not send marketing messages.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the add-ons available and to answer support requests within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time. The add-ons depend on Google Workspace; Google outages or platform changes can affect them.

Accessibility results

The Accessibility Checker finds problems that can be detected automatically and helps you fix them. It cannot judge everything (for example whether alt text describes an image well, or whether the reading order makes sense), so using it does not by itself make a document or PDF compliant with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549 or PDF/UA. You remain responsible for reviewing your documents.

Warranty and liability

The add-ons are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the add-on in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using an add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for accounts that misuse it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
