Kayabyte Hello for Freshdesk

A small test app from Kayabyte that shows the open ticket’s number and subject in the ticket sidebar, and the last ticket the app saw being created.

Install

Install it from the Freshworks Marketplace and open any ticket. The app appears in the ticket sidebar. It has no settings.

Data

The app reads the open ticket’s ID and subject, and stores the ID of the most recently created ticket with a timestamp. Nothing else is stored, and it is deleted when the app is uninstalled. See the privacy policy.
