Upgrading from Personal
If you bought Personal and later need Bates numbers, a cover page or merging, you can upgrade to Evidence Bundle for USD 30, the difference between the two prices. Email support@kayabyte.dev with your Personal licence key (Upgrade to Evidence Bundle in the Exhibitly menu prepares the email for you). You get a new Evidence Bundle key. Enter it on each of your Macs (up to 3).
What’s included with both paid editions
- A licence you keep. One person can use it on up to 3 of their own Macs.
- One year of updates. One year of updates is included. After that, the app keeps working as it is; the licence never expires.
- 14-day refund. If Exhibitly doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we refund you. See the refund policy.
- Unlimited exports, for as many conversations as you need.
Which one do I need?
- Personal is enough if you need a clean, complete PDF and Excel file of a conversation, for yourself, your lawyer, or a memory book.
- Evidence Bundle is for when the export goes into a court bundle or exhibit list: Bates numbers and a cover page make it easier for a lawyer, judge or the other side to refer to and check. It also merges your iPhone and Mac messages when some are only on one device. With Personal, each export reads one device, which you choose in the app.

Payment and tax
Purchases are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Your licence key is shown on screen straight after paying.
