Expiry & Compliance Tracker is billed per account through the monday.com marketplace. Yearly billing includes two months free.

A tracked item is a top-level item on a configured board that has at least one required document type. Items are counted across the whole account. If you go over your plan’s limit, the items beyond it are shown as “not tracked on your plan”, without alerts or status write-back, until you upgrade or remove items. Nothing is deleted when a plan drops.
A free trial of the paid plans is available when monday enables trials for the listing; during a trial every feature is on.
