Terms of service: Kayabyte Expiry Tracker

These terms apply to the monday.com app “Kayabyte Expiry Tracker”, listed as “Expiry & Compliance Tracker” (the app), provided by Kayabyte, the trading name of Caner Kaya, Stasjonsveien 64, 0771 Oslo, Norway (we, us).

Use of the app

By installing the app you agree to these terms. You may use the app for your organization’s internal business purposes on monday.com accounts you are authorized to administer.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com through the monday.com marketplace, under monday.com’s marketplace terms. Plans, prices and trials are shown on the app’s marketplace listing.

Compliance is your responsibility

The app helps you keep track of document expiry dates and sends reminders, but it does not verify that a document is genuine, valid or sufficient, and it does not read dates out of uploaded files. A reviewer in your organization checks each renewal before it is approved. You are responsible for your compliance decisions, and for checking states and reminders before you rely on them, for example before letting a vendor on site. The app sends no email: if you send renewal links by email, you do so with your own tools and are responsible for those messages.

Vendor uploads

Renewal links let people outside your monday.com account upload files to your items. You decide whom to send a link to and you review each upload before it is approved. You are responsible for the lawful use of the files and personal data you receive this way, and for telling vendors how you use them.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy.

Contacting you

We contact you only to answer your support requests and to inform you about important changes to the app, such as security notices or changes to these terms. We do not send marketing messages.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the app available and to answer support requests within one business day, Mon to Fri, 09:00-17:00 Central European Time. The app depends on monday.com; its outages or API changes can affect it, including the timing of reminders.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by a missed or late reminder or an expired document, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for accounts that misuse it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
