Wix auction apps compared (2026)

By Kayabyte

Disclosure: I make Live Auctions & Bidding, one of the apps below. I’ve tried to describe every app as fairly as I can, including where mine is not the best choice. Prices, ratings and review counts come from each app’s page on the Wix App Market and were checked on 29 October 2026. Where I couldn’t tell, the table says “not checked” instead of guessing.

Wix has no built-in auction feature. Its help center lists selling products by auction as a request that is collecting votes, and points to a third-party app (Wix request page). In 2026 there are four auction apps on the App Market, plus mine.

The short answer

Comparison table

App Reviews (rating) Price (as listed) Free plan Trial Notes
Auction Store (MarketPushApps) 75 (4.7) $6.99 a month, one plan No None listed Most reviewed. Some reviews ask for a countdown with seconds, and one says it forces visitors to sign up as members
Product Auction (Webkul) 38 (3.9) About $10 a month on the first plan, higher plans listed Not checked 5 days Works on Wix Stores products. Some reviews say you set up a new product in Wix first, and a few report support problems
Auctions (WD Strategies) None yet $14.99 and $24.99 a month No 3 days Published in August 2026
Auction Manager for Stores (Hi-Konsult) 1 (1.0) Free for 1 auction; $6.50 and $12 a month Yes Not checked Published in September 2026
Live Auctions & Bidding (mine, no reviews yet) None yet Free; Pro $11.99 a month, or $9.99 billed yearly Yes, 1 auction at a time 14 days on Pro Guest bidding, soft close, sealed bids, winner pays at your Wix checkout, 11 languages. Does not need Wix Stores

“A month” is the price the App Market shows. Review averages are out of 5. The App Market’s own review count can differ a little from the number of reviews it lists, so treat the counts as approximate.

Auction Store (MarketPushApps)

The best-known option, with 75 reviews at 4.7 and a single $6.99 plan. That makes it the cheapest and the most proven. The recent reviews I read mention missing basics: a countdown that goes down to the second, and visitors being asked to sign up as members before they can bid. Neither may matter to you, and the vendor may have changed these since. Check the latest reviews on its page.

Fits best: a small seller who wants a low price and a track record, and whose bidders are happy to sign up.

Product Auction (Webkul)

Webkul’s app is the one Wix’s own help page names as the workaround. It is built around Wix Stores products. Its page lists a 5-day trial and prices from about $10 a month. Its rating is 3.9 from 38 reviews, and some of the reviews describe setup that happens in Wix rather than in the app’s own dashboard, and slow support. Read the recent ones.

Fits best: a store that wants auctions tied to its existing Wix Stores catalog.

Auctions (WD Strategies)

Newer, with no reviews yet and a 3-day trial. At $14.99 and $24.99 a month it is the most expensive of the four. I haven’t tested it, so I can’t say how it works.

Auction Manager for Stores (Hi-Konsult)

Also new, with one review at 1.0. It has a free plan for 1 auction and paid plans at $6.50 and $12 a month. Worth a look if you want to try the idea at no cost, but check the review first.

Live Auctions & Bidding (mine)

Live Auctions & Bidding runs on your own site with or without Wix Stores.

Where it’s not the best fit:

The Free plan runs one auction at a time with unlimited bids. Pro is $11.99 a month, or $9.99 a month billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial. See it on the Wix App Market.

Whatever you pick

FAQ

Is there a built-in auction on Wix? No. Wix lists it as a request that is collecting votes.

Which Wix auction app is the cheapest? Auction Store at $6.99 a month, and Auction Manager for Stores has a free plan for one auction. Mine also has a free plan for one auction at a time.

Which Wix auction app has the most reviews? Auction Store, with 75 reviews at 4.7 when I checked.

Can bidders bid without signing up? It varies. Mine takes a name and email, with a one-time email check. Check the app you choose, since a sign-up step can put bidders off.

Does any app charge the winner’s card automatically? Not that I could find. Wix has no card hold, so the winner pays after the auction through a link.
