What’s new in NoteRescue

The first release.

• Scans Time Machine backups (APFS and Mac OS Extended disks, connected or mounted from the network), iPhone and iPad backups made in Finder or iTunes, including encrypted backups with your own password, and folders you add.
• Compares every note found with the notes on your Mac today: Missing, Recently Deleted, Changed and Same as Today.
• Shows every older version found of a note, side by side with today’s text.
• Exports notes as Markdown, HTML, PDF or plain text, one file per note, with an attachments folder.
• Restores notes into the Notes app, in a new folder called “Recovered” with today’s date, with the original date written at the top of each note.
• Read only on every backup. Works offline. No account.
