Refund policy: Kayabyte apps for Mac

We want you to be happy with what you buy.

Direct purchases

If you bought an app directly from kayabyte.dev, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, for any reason. Email support@kayabyte.dev with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, or use the refund link in your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is made, the licence key is deactivated.

This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law, including the right of withdrawal in the EU and EEA.

Mac App Store purchases

Purchases made on the Mac App Store are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
