Record Lock for Jira

Keep approved Jira fields as they were approved. Record Lock seals the fields you choose when a work item enters a status, gets a resolution or is created, then checks every later change to them, whether it comes from the issue view, bulk edit, Jira Automation, an import, another app or the REST API.

• Lock rules. Projects, work types, the trigger (status, resolution or creation with a grace period), the fields, and who may still change them (groups and project roles).
• Audit only or Enforce. Log every attempted change, or put the approved value back within seconds and log it.
• As-approved record. Each lock stores the approved values with a SHA-256 hash. Verify any work item at any time.
• Audit log and export. Who tried to change which field, to what, and what happened; CSV export of audit entries and snapshots for auditors.
• Work item panel. Locked or not, the approved values, Verify, recent activity, and Unlock with a reason.
• JQL. Find locked work items with recordLocked = yes.
