Multi-calendar sync for Wix Bookings
Multi-calendar sync for Wix Bookings is a Wix app in development. It is not available yet and cannot be installed. It is planned to let each staff member connect several Google and Outlook calendars so that their events block booking times, and to write new Wix bookings to a calendar you choose. What it will do
- Several calendars per staff member. Connect more than one Google calendar and more than one Outlook calendar to each person. Busy time in any of them blocks that person’s booking slots in Wix Bookings.
- Bookings written out. New, changed and cancelled Wix bookings are written to a calendar you choose, for each staff member.
- Changes followed. If an event moves or is deleted in the connected calendar, the block in Wix Bookings follows.
- Own blocks recognised. Events the app wrote itself are not treated as busy time again.
What Wix already does
Wix Bookings can sync one personal calendar per staff member on the Business Premium plan. As described in Wix’s help pages, Google syncs the primary calendar only, and Wix bookings appear in a calendar that Wix creates. This app is meant for businesses that need more than that. It is meant to work alongside Wix Bookings, not replace it.

From $15 a month, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial. This is a plan, not an offer, and may change before release.
Status
In development. There is no install link and no release date yet. Joining the waitlist means sending us an email; we will write once when the app is ready, and you can tell us what you need from it. We use your address only for this.
