Design partners wanted for four Jira and Confluence apps

We’re looking for a few teams that have exactly the problem one of our apps solves, to try it on a real site and tell us what is missing or wrong. This page says who we look for, what we ask and what you get.

The four apps

• Personal WIP Limits: a work-in-progress limit per person in Jira.
• Group Participants: add whole groups as request participants in Jira Service Management.
• Group Watchers: make a Confluence group watch a space or page and keep it in sync.
• Burnrate: project cost and budgets in Jira from the worklogs people already log.

All four are built on Atlassian Forge, run on Atlassian’s infrastructure and are on the Atlassian Marketplace. They are free for up to 10 users, so a small test costs nothing. We’re especially interested in sites with 11 or more users, where the problem is real and the free tier no longer covers you.

Who we are looking for

• A Jira or Confluence Cloud site with 11 or more users on the product in question.
• A team that has the exact problem today, for example people overloaded with work in progress, a team that must be on every service request, or spaces nobody watches.
• Someone who can install an app (a site or product admin), or work with someone who can.

What we ask

• Install the app and use it on a real project or space for a few weeks.
• Give feedback in one of two ways: a short call (about 30 minutes) or written feedback by email. Your choice.
• Honest feedback, including what didn’t work. That is the point.

We don’t ask for a review, and we don’t want one in exchange for anything. Reviews on the Marketplace should come from your own experience, in your own time.

A direct line to the people who build the app, a say in what we build next, and early access to what we’re working on. We’ll describe the rest privately once we’ve spoken.

FAQ

Is this a paid program? No. There is nothing to pay for the test. Beyond the free tier of 10 users, Marketplace pricing applies as normal, as for any customer.

Do I have to write a review? No. We never ask for one in return for anything.

What happens with my data? The apps run on Atlassian’s infrastructure and send no data outside Atlassian. Our privacy policy for each app is linked from its page.

Can I join without a call? Yes. Written feedback by email is fine.
