Burnrate: Project Cost & Budgets for Jira

See what your projects cost, from the time people already log in Jira. Set hourly rates once, create budgets for projects, epics, versions or JQL, and watch them burn down with a forecast.

• Rate card. Dated cost and billing rates for a default rate, roles and people. A new rate never changes the cost of past work.
• Budgets. Money or hours, for projects, epics (with their work items), fix versions or any JQL query. One-off, monthly or quarterly.
• Forecast. Pace, run-out date and projected spend, plus a forecast at completion from remaining estimates.
• Reports. This month, last month, this quarter and more, grouped by project, epic, person, month, work type or work item. CSV export.
• Cost on the work item. A Cost panel on every work item and epic, for people allowed to see costs.
• Rate card for managers only. Two Jira permissions decide who manages rates and who only sees budgets.
• Tempo Timesheets (beta). Optional connection that reads Tempo’s worklogs with their real authors. Needs a Tempo Timesheets subscription.
