The download is the full app. In the free version every tool works on up to 3 input files per run, and every preview works on any number of files, so you can test it on your own workbooks. When you buy Gridhand Pro, you enter your licence key in the same app and the limit goes away.

System requirements

A Mac with macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
Workbooks as .xlsx or .xlsm, or CSV, TSV and delimited text files. Not supported: .xls and .numbers (open them in Excel or Numbers and save as .xlsx).
Microsoft Excel is not needed.
No internet connection is needed to process files. The app goes online only for your licence and for updates.

Installing

Open Gridhand.dmg and drag Gridhand to the Applications folder.
Open Gridhand from Applications.

Gridhand is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS can check it. macOS may ask once whether you want to open an app downloaded from the internet. Updates come from inside the app (Gridhand, Check for Updates).

Try it on real files

Add three of your own workbooks, pick a tool and look at the preview. If the preview is what you expected, run it: new files appear in the output folder you chose and your originals stay as they were. Everything stays on your Mac; see the privacy policy. Questions: support@kayabyte.dev.
