Wix wholesale and B2B apps compared (2026)

By Kayabyte

Disclosure: I make Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups, one of the apps below. I’ve tried to describe each app fairly, including where mine is not the best choice. Prices, plans, ratings and review counts come from each app’s page on the Wix App Market and were read on 3 November 2026. Where a page didn’t say, the table says “not stated” instead of guessing. Listings change, so check the page before you buy.

Wix Stores has one price per product and no wholesale mode. Wix’s own workaround is a members-only store page with duplicated products at wholesale prices (Creating restricted store pages), and the same article also names one app, SparkLayer. A search for “wholesale” in the App Market returns dozens of results, but most are dropshipping, catalog or quote tools. These are the ones that give approved buyers their own prices on a Wix Stores shop.

The short answer

“A month” is the price the App Market shows. Ratings are out of 5. Some pages show a price range or a yearly toggle without a yearly figure, and I have left those as listed. Apps with no reviews have no track record yet, and that includes mine.

SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

The heavyweight on this list, and the one Wix’s own article names. Its page lists 100-plus B2B features: price lists, B2B payments, quantity rules, shopping lists and reorders for customers, sales agents who manage accounts, and API access on the top plan. Plans start at $49 a month for up to 50 B2B orders a month. It has a 14-day trial, and 3.4 from 5 reviews.

Fits best: a distributor or brand with a real B2B order flow and a sales team. For a shop with a handful of trade accounts it is more than you need.

The application-form apps

Several apps are built around “buyer applies, you approve”: Wholesale Prices (free for up to 5 approved buyers), Wholesale Pro ($7.99 a month, 14-day trial), ElevenTrade (free for one group, $19.99 for unlimited groups and trade applications) and Optexia (free for up to 10 customers). B2B Wholesale Pricing takes applications on its $15.99 plan. ElevenTrade’s page also says prices are recalculated on the server at checkout, which is a useful thing to ask any app about. Optexia’s page says its wholesale prices use the store’s automatic discounts, so coupons, taxes and reports keep working, and that it needs the Members Area.

These are mostly new, with zero or one review each. That is not a reason to skip them, but it means you should test each one on your own store before you give it to a customer.

TradePortal and B2B Wholesale Pricing: packs, MOQs and quotes

If you sell in cases, or need “minimum 6 of each” and “minimum order value”, these two list it. TradePortal’s free plan lists a B2B catalog, buyer requests and basic groups, and its $12 plan adds tiered pricing and quote requests. B2B Wholesale Pricing lists MOQs and case pack rules on its $23.99 Business plan. Neither page explains how the prices show up in a Wix Stores checkout, so test a real order.

B2B Wholesale Forms and B2B Login To See Price

These two solve narrower problems. B2B Wholesale Forms is about order, inquiry and account-application forms, and its page doesn’t describe price rules. B2B Login To See Price hides prices and Add to Cart from visitors who aren’t logged in, which is useful if you want a trade-only catalog rather than a second price.

Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups (mine)

You mark trade customers with a contact label such as “Wholesale”, and when they are logged in as site members they get the group price in the cart and at checkout. Each group has pricing lines: a percentage off the whole store, a collection or chosen products, or a fixed price per product. A minimum order subtotal is optional. The price also shows on the product page of sites built in the Wix Editor, but not in product grids or category pages.

What it does not do:

Mine is $9.99 a month on Pro, or $7.99 billed yearly, with a 14-day trial. It is on the Wix App Market, and the details are on the app page.

Doing it without an app

The members-only page works for a small catalog: duplicate each product at its wholesale price, put the copies in a “Wholesale” category on a page set to site members, and approve members manually. The cost is upkeep. Every price change, photo and description has to be made twice, and the article doesn’t cover a wholesale minimum order. See How to set up wholesale prices for B2B customers in your Wix store for the steps.

What to check before you pick one

  1. Does the trade price show in the cart and at checkout, and on the product page? Place a test order as a trade customer.
  2. How does a buyer become a trade customer? An application form, a label you add, or a group you fill by email.
  3. Does it stack with coupons and other discounts? Ask what happens when a product is already on sale.
  4. Which minimums can it enforce, and how are they counted? Per product, per order, before or after the discount.
  5. What happens when the app can’t answer? The customer should still be able to buy.
  6. What do the free plan limits cut off? Check the number of buyers, groups and rules.
  7. What do the reviews say, and how recent are they? Several of these apps have none.

FAQ

Does Wix Stores have a wholesale feature? No. Wix Stores has one price per product. Wix’s workaround is a members-only page with duplicated products, and its article also names the SparkLayer app.

Is there a free wholesale app for Wix? Several have a free plan with limits: Wholesale Prices (up to 5 approved buyers), Optexia’s Wholesale & B2B (1 rule, up to 10 customers), ElevenTrade (1 pricing group), TradePortal (Basic plan) and mine (1 group with a store-wide percentage). Check each page for the current limits.

Which Wix wholesale app lets buyers apply from the site? Wholesale Prices, Wholesale Pro, ElevenTrade, Optexia, TradePortal and B2B Wholesale Pricing list an application form or applications. Mine does not.

Can I hide prices from people who aren’t logged in? B2B Login To See Price does this for the whole catalog. Mine has an optional “log in to see your price” line for guests on Pro, and it doesn’t hide the normal price.

Can I give wholesale customers a different minimum order? Several wholesale apps list a minimum order. Wix’s own minimum order setting applies to every shopper, so it can’t be wholesale-only. See Wix wholesale minimum order.

Do wholesale discounts work with coupon codes? It depends on the app. With mine, a coupon the customer types comes off on top of the wholesale price. Ask any app how it combines with other discounts and test it.
