Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups for Wix
Give trade customers their own prices in your Wix Stores shop. Mark a customer with a contact label such as Wholesale. When that customer is logged in as a site member, the group price applies in the cart and at checkout, and they see it on the product page. Everyone else sees your normal prices.
Getting started
- Install Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups from the Wix App Market on a site with Wix Stores and Site Members (login).
- In your site dashboard, open Wholesale pricing.
- Click Add example group for “Wholesale, 20% off everything”, or create a group yourself. The editor can create the group’s contact label, for example “Wholesale”.
- In Contacts, add that label to your trade customers. They need to be site members and log in to shop.
- Log in as such a customer on your live site and add a product to the cart. The cart and checkout show the group discount.
- Click Add to my product page so group members also see their price next to the regular price on product pages.
Setting up a group
Who gets it. Customers whose contact carries one of the group’s labels, and who are logged in as site members.
Pricing lines. Each group has one or more lines: a percentage off the whole store, off chosen collections or categories, or off chosen products; or, for products, a fixed price per item. A fixed price only applies when it is lower than the regular price.
Minimum order. Optionally require a minimum order subtotal (the whole cart, before shipping and tax) before the group price applies.
Check a customer. Enter a customer’s email address to see which group applies, why, and optionally the price of one product. Nothing is stored.
Plans
- Free: 1 group with one store-wide percentage off, the group price in cart and checkout, and the price line on product pages.
- Pro: unlimited groups, percentage per collection or product, fixed prices per product, minimum order, and an optional “log in to see your price” line for guests. $9.99 per month, or $7.99 per month billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial. Billed by Wix.
On the Free plan, groups that use Pro features stay saved with a “Pro” tag and are not applied.
FAQ
Who sees the wholesale price? Only shoppers who are logged in as site members and whose contact has one of the group’s labels. Guests and members without the label see your normal prices.
Does the price show in product grids and category pages? No. The price line appears on the product page only. The cart and checkout always show the discount.
Can a wholesale customer get more than one discount? No. Only one automatic discount applies per order, and the best price wins (a typed coupon code comes off on top). If two groups apply to the same customer, they get the better one.
What if the app cannot check a customer in time? The customer pays the normal price and the sale goes ahead. The dashboard shows a notice when checks could not be completed.
Does a customer have to log in? Yes. The app finds the group from the logged-in member’s contact labels. A visitor who has not logged in is treated as a guest.
Does it work with coupon codes? Yes. A coupon code the customer types in comes off on top of the wholesale price. Only automatic discounts compete with the group price, and the best one wins. Coupons themselves cannot be limited to certain customers in Wix, so use a group if a price is meant for trade customers only.
Which languages does it support? The dashboard is in English. The price line on the product page shows in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Japanese.
What happens to my groups if I remove the app? The app’s discount rules are removed and the stored groups are deleted within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
How do I get help? Email support@kayabyte.dev. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
