Request a Quote & Pay Online for Wix Stores
Add a Request a quote button to your Wix Stores product pages and turn the requests into paid orders. Shoppers collect products with the options and quantities they need and send the list with their details. You set a price for each line and send the quote. The buyer opens it, prints or saves it as PDF, and pays at your own checkout with the real products at your quoted prices. Made for wholesale and B2B sellers, bulk and trade orders, custom work and any shop that prices per customer.
Getting started
- Install Request a Quote & Pay Online from the Wix App Market on a site with Wix Stores.
- The Request a quote button is placed on your product page under the product details. Publish your site so shoppers see it.
- Open a product on your live site, click Request a quote and send a test request with your own email.
- In your site dashboard, open Quote requests, set your prices and click Send quote.
What shoppers see
A Request a quote button on the product page. Each click adds the product, the chosen option and the quantity to a quote list kept in their browser, so they can add several products. The list opens under the button with a short form: name, email, phone, company and a message (phone, company and message are optional). After sending, they see their request number and your reply note, for example “We reply within one business day.” The button, list, form, quote page and buyer emails are in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Japanese, following the page language.
Pricing a request
Each request shows the buyer’s details and message and every line with its image, option, SKU and store price. Set your price per unit for each line, change quantities or remove lines, add a note and choose how many days the quote is valid (14 by default). Save a draft, or send the quote. The buyer gets an email with a View quote button. Sending again creates a new link and the old one stops working.
The quote page and payment
The quote page shows your store name, the quote number, the date and valid-until date, the lines with prices and the total, your note, and on Pro your logo and terms. Print / Save as PDF gives a clean printout. Pay now opens your store’s own checkout with the real products at your quoted prices; shipping, tax and your payment methods work as usual, and coupons can’t lower a quoted price. When the order is placed, the request is marked Paid with the order number. Because the real products are used, stock tracking and product reports keep working.
Plans
- Free: 10 quote requests a month, your own price for each line, quote email with Pay now link, printable quote page, paid orders tracked.
- Pro: unlimited requests, quote-only products (price and Add to Cart hidden on their product page, so the quote is the only way to buy), your logo and terms on quotes, and a reminder email 2 days before a quote expires. $9.99 per month, or $7.99 per month billed yearly, with a 14-day free trial. Billed by Wix.
On Free, requests over the monthly limit are kept, not lost: you see who is waiting, and they open in full when you upgrade.
FAQ
Can I hide prices? The button itself doesn’t change what your product page shows. Wix’s own Product price setting in the Editor hides prices for all products at once, per page type. On Pro you can mark single products as quote-only: their price and Add to Cart are hidden on their product page, so the quote is the only way to buy them. Category pages and search still show the price unless you turn it off there with Wix’s setting.
Does the buyer need an account? No. They get a link by email and pay at your checkout like any other order.
Can the buyer change the price at checkout? No. The quoted prices are set by our service when the cart is created, and coupons are locked for that checkout.
What if my price changes after I send a quote? The buyer pays the quoted price until the quote expires. After that the link says the quote expired, and you can send it again.
Where do request emails go? To your site’s business email, or to the address you set in Settings. Replies to the buyer’s emails go to you.
Does it work with product options? Yes. The option chosen on the product page is saved with the line, and the same option goes into the cart.
What does the app store? The requests (buyer name, email, optional phone, company and message, the products and your prices), your settings and the order number of paid quotes. See the privacy policy.
How do I get help? Email support@kayabyte.dev. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
